Super Sectors

For purposes of analysis, the Bureau of Labor Statistics has further aggregated NAICS sectors into groupings called "Supersectors." The QCEW/CES programs will publish data for these supersectors as well as sectors and detailed industries. Also, the aggregations to Goods-Producing (10, 20, and 30) and Service-Providing industries (40, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 80, and 90)  will be retained. The QCEW/CES programs will continue to classify all publicly-owned establishments in government.G
